Place an order by phone
If you prefer
to order by phone, just call us at 802-738-5266 & we will
be pleased to take your order. We can also advise you of delivery
dates if you so desire. Please have the shipping address &
your credit card information handy. If we do not hear the phone
(toymaking is sometimes a noisey undertaking), just leave your
phone number & a good time to return your call & we will
do so promptly. If you prefer to use your AmEx card, you will
have to order online.
Difficulty ordering online
If you are experiencing
difficulty ordering online with our secure online credit card
processor, it is usually for one of 3 reasons. Please see the
following FAQ for help with placing your order online:
1. I want to place an order by
credit card, but I do not wish to open a Paypal Account. How is

checkout process, you are directed to a page which offers the

Just click on the blue Continue link & you will be sent to a page where you
can place your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
AmEx, or your Bankcard) without opening a Paypal account.
2. I wish my order shipped to
an address different than mine. How can I do this?
On the Review Your Payment page, below the listing of the items you have chosen
to order & your "Payment Method" info, you will
find the "Shipping Address" information you have entered
for yourself on the previous page. Below your address is option
"Change". Click on Change & you can enter a different address to which
your item(s) will be shipped. If you are shipping to multiple
addresses, you will have to order items separately online. However,
alternatively, you can call us or email us & we will be glad
to make changes for you (802-738-5266 or [email protected]).
3. I wish to have a gift tag message
included with my order. How is this done?
On the Review Your Payment page, on the left hand side just below the listing
of the items you have chosen to order, you will find the option
+ Gift Tag? Message? Other? . Just
click on the + and a drop down box will appear in which you can
write a message to be included on our gift card.
How will I know that my order
went through OK?
You will receive an order
confirmation email, both from ourselves & from Paypal, our
secure credit card processor.
How can I find out when my order
will be shipped?
You will receive an order
confirmation email from us, indicating timing information about
I need my order to arrive by a
certain date. How can I find out if this is possible before I
place my order ?
